DELIVERY - Delivery of the items purchased online, to the delivery address entered during checkout.
Please note - NO Stairs, NO moving furniture, NO wet areas, NO further than your front door.
COLLECTION - The collection of the equipment from the address entered during checkout at the end of your hire period.
Please Note - This does not mean pack-down, Equipment is ready to be loaded, all cables are to be as they were presented at delivery, all equipment is to be clean and in their designated covers/boxes. Charges apply for damaged/misused items.
SETUP - Set-up refers to the arrangement and placement of the items hired (within reason) at the address entered during checkout.
Please Note - We are not removalists, we do not move furniture, if the spot you wish to set up in is hard to reach, near water or up more than two flights of stairs additional charges apply.
PACK DOWN - Pack-down refers to the dismantling of the equipment at the end of your hire period after an equipment test has taken place.
Please Note - If the equipment has been moved, is damaged, dirty, or has been misused additional fees apply.
